We own a 1.5 million square feet plastic mold making plant, electronic assembly and metal plant with over 9,200 employees. The factories were strategically placed in Pan Yu City, Guangdong China, 90 minutes from Hong Kong, which enables us to capitalize on the assets of this dynamic region.

With our ISO 9000 certified facilities in China, we are now the leading plastic mold making manufacturing facilities in Asia. The factory has also been enhanced to provide one of most modern electronic manufacturing services in China. The facilities include various type of Mold Making processes (such as injection molds, diecasting molds, blow molds, precision beryllium copper, ...etc.), Surface Mount Technology, Chip-On-Board, Auto-Insertion, Extensive Testing and Burn-In capabilities. The facilities are designed to complement our production workflow and management system necessary for improving production time and cost effectiveness. All of these capacities enable Triwell to provide a "ONE-STOP-SHOP" manufacturing service, taking any project from concept to production.
